"I was a member of the Portfolio Committee on
Public Enterprise between 1999 and 2001. In that period, the
Eskom leadership made presentation to us about the need to build
new power stations as generation capacity was likely to be
overtaken by demand around 2008. It is now a known fact that the
Government did not give Eskom permission to build new power
stations, which was a big mistake..."

soccer to compete against champions from all continents of the
world. Their counterparts in cricket are in England mixing it up
